Full conference registration includes access to all special events, education sessions and expo floor entry.  

Expo Hall only registration includes access to Expo Hall only with the option to purchase tickets to special events for an additional fee.  

Guests can register for a Guest pass that includes access to the expo floor, and special events for a cost of $349 for Early Bird and $549 for Standard.

Additional badges may be purchased for $149. As additional exhibitors are contracted, tradeshow will update their badge quantities.

Attendees may cancel their registration up until the event takes place minus the administrative fee.  The cancellation fee will increase as follows;   

$150 until July 26, 2024 

$200 until September 13, 2024 

$250 until first day of event October 14, 2024

IEC will accept registrations online and by credit card ONLY.  

IEC will NOT accept credit card information over the phone.  

If a registrant requests to pay by check, they need to reach out to meetings@ieci.org.  

IEC will accept checks at 450 Rev Kelly M Smith Way, Nashville, TN 37203 up until September 15, 2024. 

You may pick up your badge at the Tampa Convention Center during posted registration hours. It is recommended that you bring your email confirmation along with you to expedite the badge printing process. Meeting badges will not be mailed in advance. 

No, hotel rooms can be booked at the SPARK discounted rate before registering for the meeting. We encourage booking in advance as hotel rooms fill up fast. Please visit our housing page to find hotel options.   

Please support IEC by staying in the contracted hotel room block. Staying within the block places you close to the event venue, minimizing travel time and stress. It also facilitates networking opportunities with other attendees, as many will be staying in the same hotels. 

Business casual is encouraged; however, we recommend checking the weather forecasts in advance. Remember that convention centers and hotels often are kept at colder temperatures. 

For special events, attendees are encouraged to dress with the theme of the event, but not required.  

Children under 18 can attend the Expo Hall but must be accompanied by an adult. They are only allowed on the show floor during expo hours. Must be registered to attend. Those under 18 are welcome to attend special events with the purchase of a ticket and accompanied by an adult.
