The IEC Foundation is committed to empowering the next generation of skilled electricians through scholarships, grants, and educational resources. Every day, we work to provide opportunities for aspiring electrical professionals to access the training and support they need to build a brighter future.
Now, you have a chance to be part of that mission—by golfing for a great cause!
The funds raised from this event will directly support IEC Foundation scholarships, workforce development initiatives, and hands-on training opportunities for the next wave of electricians. Your support helps ensure that students and apprentices have access to the resources they need to succeed.
Whether you’re a golf pro or a first-time swinger, this event is for everyone! Gather your team, bring your A-game, and let’s make a difference—one swing at a time!
Friday, September 26 | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Phoenix Convention Center
Kick off SPARK with an unforgettable evening designed to bring together attendees, IEC partners, and industry leaders for relaxed networking and connection-building. The Welcome Reception offers the perfect setting to meet new contacts, catch up with colleagues, and set the tone for an inspiring conference ahead.
This year’s theme is Desert Oasis — a refreshing escape from the Arizona heat where you can unwind in style. Imagine a sophisticated country club vibe meets desert charm, complete with cocktails, light bites, and a vibrant atmosphere made for mingling and making lasting business relationships.
Dress the part: Think breezy linens, flowy dresses, linen suits, wide-brimmed hats, tropical prints, or southwestern-inspired accessories. Dress comfortably elegant — like you’re ready for a game of pickleball or simply relaxing by the water under the stars.
Saturday, September 27 | 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM | Phoenix Convention Center
Join us for the SPARK Awards Celebration, a distinguished evening dedicated to honoring the outstanding achievements and contributions of IEC members, chapters, and industry leaders. Celebrate excellence in electrical contracting, groundbreaking projects, and the visionary individuals who are shaping the future of the industry.
Our theme “Under the Stars” invites you to embrace the elegance of a starlit evening with sophisticated cocktail attire. Think polished and chic—dark suits, cocktail dresses, or stylish eveningwear that shines. Add a touch of sparkle or metallic accents to reflect the stars above and set the tone for a night of refined celebration and glamour.
