Safety Summit Pre-Conference

A Dedicated Safety Experience at SPARK

This year, SPARK introduces a dedicated Safety Summit Pre-Conference ahead of the full SPARK conference.

Whether you’re in the office or on the jobsite, this experience is built to strengthen how your company approaches safety from the ground up.
October 21 | 8am - 4pm

Designed for electrical contractors who face real, high-risk conditions every day, from energized work to complex jobsite coordination. Led by industry experts who understand those challenges firsthand, this program delivers practical, field-tested strategies to help you protect your workforce, stay compliant, and keep projects moving safely.

Attendees will learn how to:

Apply OSHA, NFPA 70, and NFPA 70E standards

Implement and refine Lockout/Tagout procedures

Identify and mitigate common electrical jobsite hazards

Recognize and address mental health factors that impact safety and performance​

This program is intended to teach journeymen and new foremen how to effectively manage crews, communicate, plan, collaborate, lead from the front, and provide role clarity. 
Foreman Training for the Electrical Trade
October 20 - 21 | 8am - 5pm

A 2-day skill development program focusing on the critical skills needed in foremanship.

Attendees will:

Learn how to make their crews safer, more prepared, more collaborative, and more focused on priorities while maintaining clear communication
